2. Domestic Shipping Estimates (Within India)
  • We ship nationwide from our facility in Calicut, Kerala.
  • Standard Shipping: Deliveries generally take 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Tracking
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Important Delivery Requirements (Open-Box Video)
  • Crucial Note: Upon delivery, you must record a continuous, unedited open-box unboxing video as you open the package.
  • As stated in our Return Policy, we only accept claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items, and this video is strictly required within 7 days to evaluate any issues.
