Standard delivery takes around 5 to 7 business days depending on where you are in India. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships; allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to go live.

  • Yes — free shipping on every order over ₹999. Below that a small flat fee applies, and you'll see it at checkout before you pay.

  • We only accept returns for pieces that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — not for change of mind, so do check the photos and measurements before you order. If something is wrong, email nischeco@gmail.com or call +91 9745333838 within 7 days of delivery with your open-box unboxing video and proof of purchase, and we’ll arrange the return.

  • Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video as you open the parcel — we need it for any claim. If the piece is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, send us the video within 7 days of delivery and we’ll accept the return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days; if you’d like the same piece again, just place a fresh order once the refund is through.
